What is the outside diameter of the black 8 ring ? I think I have this target somewhere and may give it a go to see how I fair , but I will have to wear the specs .

I had a good look around the web , Russian or Asian / Chinese would have been a possibility in my mind , but nothing with a square shank came up . Perhaps it was a one off maybe an experimental idea .
