Re: VAP SMG?

Very Interesting. Except for the position of the magazine it looks a lot like a Villar Perosa submachine gun.

Re: I think I like shooting BP guns best

Blackpowder has its charms, just remember to clean the firearm thoroughly. I enjoy it mostly for the "Time Travel"

That is the best picture of a Stechkin I've ever seen-haven't actually seen one. How does it shoot? Only account I've read about shooting one was by Leroy Thompson in Combat Handguns magazine some time ago.

Safe Queens

On another board I post on the topic of safe queens arises from time to time. Re: Sad day in Germany, school shooting

I recall seeing a UK paper 3 years or so after handgun ownership was banned that said:
"It's Official-Crime Rate in UK Twice that of US"
A theme that occurs frequntly in history is government using a "terrorist" act to curtail freedoms.

Re: Using the New phpBB3 Upgrade

IIRC Patton said one of the best weapons the Germans had was "our own jeep because of so many lousy drivers". General Walton Walker was killed in Korea in a near identical accident. I am skeptical of these "death bed confessions" that only surface years later, I recently read a b...
