Duncan has you have just found out fitting a new barrel is not just a matter of buying a chambered threaded barrel. The barrel thread has to be cut to fit the action. The barrel has to be chambered to the correct head space. Otherwise you can blow the gun up or hurt your self. Your new barrel is cle...

All right for small stuff but the hole through the spindle is to small for anything gun smithing. You could probably make dies on it.

You can normally just push the case in with out resizing. A lot of cadet owners don't bother to resize the case they just re seat a primer add the powder then push the bullet in by hand. It could be wear in the barrel causing the base of the case to bulge. Be careful with the cerosafe I wont use it ...

Sounds like a reloading jobby to me. You have got the cases you just need a suitable powder and some bullets.
