My only military surplus rifle at this time.
1941 No.4 Mk1 Long Branch rescued from the evil clutches of Bubba.

This is how it looked when I first got it.

I had a 1943 Savage but it had to go because I want a No.1 and the wife said no more unless you get rid of one you have now. :cry:

Nice restoration how could any body do that to a no4.

Very nice, my first No.4 Mk.I* was also "salvaged" from a sporterised rifle.
