I agree, and like everyone else, I wonder why these high tech navy ship are having collisions.
They "are both ballistic missile defence (BMD) capable ships", which tells me they probably have some
of the most sophisticated radar on the planet, that goes right down to sea level.
As Duncan said, it will be interesting to see how this all shakes out.
