That's like taking a spoonful of castor oil every day to keep from being constipated isn't it? I just take a multivitamin every day with a healthy dose of B12 in it. About the same thing as Marmite without gagging.

Speaking of B12.... a couple years ago I was experiencing some odd sensations every now and then and went to the doctor. He took some blood and as a result announced I needed more of a couple of vitamins including particularly B12. He proscribed some super unit B12 tablets and some other vitamin. A few months later, went to the doctor for a checkup. Feeling cured. After more blood, he thought I was showing signs of some major condition because I had too many red blood cells. So I went to a blood doctor at his direction. The blood doctor, confirming the high red blood cell count about had me scared to death for what that suggested until later tests showed that there was nothing really wrong with me and he suggested I knock off the B12 tablets. B12 is fertilizer for red blood cells.
