Dresse Laloux & Co top break revolver.

The country that avoids war and the country that fights but has a hard time winning have been combined. The Swiss made some excellent firearms and the French made some unique and occasionally inspiring ones. We have added the Belgian and Dutch since they are neighbors.

"Dresse Laloux & Co top break revolver 450. Nickel plated."

I also wondered what caliber it was, no mention of .455 that I could find.........

There doesn't look like much "meat" between those cylinders Duncan, I'd be conservative loading for that one.
Nice looking handgun though, enjoy.

Just don't get the bullets mixed up when loading. I've gone to the range a time or two and had the chilling thought that I might accidentally confuse some very similar rounds when loading. 8mm, 308, 30.06... all look pretty much alike.
