Here's a couple of pictures from the second annual meeting of the South East Military Collectors Association hosted by Riceone in Mississippi this past Febuary. MasterCork and myself decided to throw in together and put some of our Swiss items on display.

This was the first time that Cork or me had put on any type of display and we enjoyed it very much. I'm already planning next year. ;)

Thanks for finding us again

Thanks for posting the photos LoLo. Riceone invited me in the past but never made the trip. Maybe next time.

The next one will be the first weekend in Feb next year. It would be great if you could make it. We had a good time the past couple of years and I expect it to get even better.

Looks nice, see for a small Swiss flag to decorate the table, that draws extra attention.

I keep thinking to get one of those flags and just never have. I'd like to have one to display on the wall behind my swis rifles anyway.

I learned a lot for what to bring next time we do a display. We did get a steady stream of folk's who ask all kinds of questions and was interested in the gear and rifles. One of the most enjoyable weekends that I've ever had and the first time that I had been on the other side of the table. I look forward to next year.

Well over the years I learned what to take with me at the shows I do and besides coffee, cookies and lunch they are; sufficient change, notepad, pencil and pens, caliper, flex. steel rule, leatherman tool, calculator, bore magnifier and bore gauges.

I personally also like the social aspect, my throat often hurts on the way back form the many talking I did.
