That cocking handle is a dead give away that these are Swiss. Wonder how closely the handle matches the K31?
I understand the Swiss militia still has home issue of its small arms. Read somewhere that even today...after the required term of service is up....individuals can keep their weapons after the full auto features are removed.

Afaik they have to keep their regular select fire army Stgw 90 at home till a certain age, they do not have a choice. They can buy their own semi auto, PE =Privat Eigentum (private owned) for cheap money.
