DPMS LR 308

Post by oldironsights » Sun Apr 26, 2009 5:19 pm

I shot my DPMS 308 today alongside a few other rifles. All rifles shoot better than I can hold. I hate it when the muzzle wavers all over the place.

congrats you have a very nice long range rifle , you will be happy with this for sure ,

i live close to the DPMS factory and know the [previous] owner , i volunteer/work at the range the factory building is on , i was encouraged by friends at DPMS to get a 308 so i accumulated the bits and built one ,

i ended up with the 24" bull and a leupold scope , it outshoots anything i can do any more , and is indeed the softest shooting 308 ive ever handled
