Lee dies arrived today, all I need now is brass and bullets - they were last seen in Spain

CUNNING PLAN...........

Image

Due the extreme kindness received from a certain very northern person on another forum, I am ready for range day #2 tomorrow. Need to remember my spotting scope this time
Note also that I have given the grips a long drink of Linseed Oil so everything looks the part now......

Some cases jammed in the chambers because they expanded too much ( chamber ware ) but I had a piece of dowel which removed them without any problem.
Not bad at 25 mtres for a gun of about 130 years old!

For 25 meters I'd say that was respectable for a handgun. Glad you got it working out alright now, Duncan.

Probably better than I could do with my 1895 Nagant pistol, and it's much newer than yours,
it's only 102 years old...........
