lmc1016 , looks to be a K98 in very good shape. Looks like the laminated stock, right?

is a rc, but removed the shellac and finished with tung oil. swastika's pinged, waffenampts intact. stock all matching itself (655), bolt matches itself, and barrel/ receiver match. no importer mark, though. funny thing is that it should have a cupped buttplate, but has flat one.has very nice laminate stock though. working on getting a bcd 4. got it on L-A-W.

The range is 6c ETR at Wathgill camp outside Catterick, North Yorkshire.

Figure 14 300 yrd targets is what I was having a pop at there although you can go back to 600 yrds at 6c

Hi Michael, As Dromia said, 6c Electronic Target Range, its a British Army range that we use at least six times a year. Targets are scored electronically on the computer box at each firing point. Its the rectangular box to Dromias right.

The K98 shoots very well, here is a target i shot at 100yds. in the milsurp comp we are currently running.

This is the figure 11 target, with a K98 bayo for scale, this is used at 200 and 300yds. The figure 14 target adam refers to is roughly a waistline to helmet version of this,

thanks stripper.. josey, dromia thanks for the info. looks kinda chilly in North Yorkshire. i take it, the gun laws in your area do not prevent you from owning firearms?
