"Passed the Saturday Night Special Test"

I was going through my pistol safe and pulled this oddball out. I got it from a gun show in August of 2003 and it cost all of $54 and may or may not have been "darn well worth it".

I put in a google to see if anybody could tell me anything about it other than it was in .22 and a bitch to get the thing out of battery to load.
