Reuben Taco

Saw this on facebook and I thought it looked like a good idea. A Reuben taco. A Reuben sandwich is supposed to be thin sliced corn beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand Island dressing on toasted bread. Using a soft taco, and using pepper cheese in addition to the corn beef and sauerkraut and and a sauce looks interesting. I think I'd try taco sauce instead of chick filet sauce...whatever that is.

I'd scran that, looks nice. Chicken fajitas for me tonight followed by a few Hobgoblin, Ruby beers.

Think I would drop that sauce and go with salsa or pico de gallo, it does sound interesting. ...

Had a nice bowl of Ham & Pineapple soup with a couple of pieces of toast and some lumps of cheese.
Tonight some Roast lamb and mint sauce with air fryer roasted potatoes.


Those Tacos or whatever they are look absolutely disgusting!

Ham and pineapple soup is one I've never heard of before. Now, on the other hand, I have heard of ham and pineapple pizza. I wouldn't order ham and pineapple pizza ....but I've heard of it. I think I've tasted it ......at somebody else's house.

Here is a version I made tonight. Soft Taco. Steakums. lettuce, tomato, blue cheese dressing, taco sauce. I liked it.
